|
|
|
| Internal wiring | Check for wear and shorts. |

| Pressure Switch/Dial | Check for proper operation. |

|
|
| Clean | Remove dust, debris from press, power supplies. |
|
|
|
| Pressure Gauges | Proper operation. |
|
|
|
| Transducer/Converter Contact | Proper contact exists, clean. |

| Bearing Assembly | Clean and lubricate. |

| Ultrasonic cables | Check for wear, breaks, pin condition and wear. |
