Customers who are in need of a special application requiring developmental tooling can work directly with our technicians to develop and test special tool designs for unique applications including long bar horns, block designs, special cutting tools, and advanced coatings.

Products manufactured in our facility are all made of high-grade alloys and most are guaranteed for one full year against defects due to materials or workmanship when used under normal operating conditions. High alloys selected for your application will depend on the thermoplastic material characteristics and related amplitude requirements.

Ultrasonic welding fixtures are also engineered to your specifications or parts. Aluminum, steel, hard epoxy, stainless or  poured polyurethane fixtures are available.

We can manufacture test and inspection fixtures per your CAD files or per your custom design.
